Please allow 2-3 days for regular shipping. Pre-Order products take 3-4 weeks for shipping. Updates on orders and manufacturing will be posted on our Instagram page, and e-mails will be sent to those who order when they are shipped.
We accept items for exchange if the sizing is wrong.
Items exchanged/returned must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging. (Tags still intact, No distinct aroma)

Customers are responsible for ensuring packaging. 44THOHANN is not responsible for any packages lost in transit or any mis-deliveries. If you put the wrong address for delivery, don't hesitate to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
